Do I get direct access to Lisa?
Yes. Your weekly coaching sessions are private, virtual 1:1 sessions where you get coached by Lisa. These are individualized sessions specific to you.
What all does the curriculum cover?
We cover a lot of ground, including: how to trust yourself, how to quiet your inner judger, breaking the habit of beating yourself up, taking ownership without the blame, honoring your commitments, networking as an introvert, speaking up in meetings, creating self confidence on purpose, managing anxiety and discomfort, making quick decisions, and more.
What's the weekly time investment?
Each week you'll have your 30-minute coaching session. Then, you'll dive into a specific topic in the curriculum portal. The curriculum videos range from 20 minutes to 1 hour, and the action steps take about 15 minutes of focused time, then active application that you'll integrate into your week without taking extra time.
